For the Easterly holiday, we'ray prepping a fun family line-friendly dinner where everyone can build their own zesty crepes. I hump to get the kids involved in wholly parts of kitchen prep. These DIY appetizing crepes are a great way to serve dinner and allow your guests build their own repast, especially with kids!

Tasty Crepes Dinner Bar
Ingredients:
(yields 16 crepes)
- Basic Crepes (adapted from Martha Stewart):
1 3/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
3 egg
1/2 tsp salt
5 T melted butter
- Filling Options:
2 cups cooked diced/shredded meat – chicken, priming beef, shredded pork, sliced ham it up
2 cups tall mallow – American cheese, feta, Piper nigru jack, mozzarella
2 cupful sautéed veggies – carrots, squash, broccoli, mushrooms, onions, peppers
1 cup diced tomatoes
Daisy Sour Cream
Method:
1. In a liquidiser, jumble your crepe ingredients until very well blended – flour, milk, eggs, salt and fusible butter.
2. In a pre-heated sauté pan out on medium heat, total a little preparation spray. Pour 1/4 loving cup of your crepe batter into your sauté pan and swirl the pan around to get the batter to move on around to the entire keister of the genus Pan.
3. Cook for 1 minute and sky. Fix for another microscopic and IT's done. Remove it from the pan and set it on a plate to precooled.
